Ulmer Eccentric cutting machine SX 30

The eccentric cutting machine SX 30 has been developed to cut hose materials in extrusion process or alternatively to process as a solitary machine. Due to the servo-driven cutting head and the fast cutter hub, short lengths can be processed at high speed.

Amongst others, the servo-controlled cutting head enables to process punch-cuts on – for example -paperliners. By this type of cut, the product is cut, but not so the carrier material which can be rolled up again in the following process.

To place down the processed items, the SX 30 can optionally be equipped with an unloading conveyor belt with a collecting tray and blower.

For integration in an extrusion process, the SX 30 can also be amended by a three-step-controller to adjust the speed.
