Details

The SG 400 and SG 400 V have especially been designed for the cutting of large-sized cables or lateral cuts respectively. Processable are multi-conductor cables of an outer diameter of up to 26 mm and lateral cuts of up to 150 mm².

The strong and powerful feeder (as applied in the ZG 400 B2) assures an exact positioning of the material to cut.

Alternatively, hose materials can be cut to length by use of the appropiate hose cutting blade. The upper belt limit of the SG 400 and SG 400 V regulates the contact pressure of the upper belt mechnically. This is especially useful when processing pressure-sensitive products.

The machine parameters can be set and scanned by means of the well accessable control panel, installed on the machines’ top.

For maintenance, the cutting head can be pulled out of the machine.
