The Frontal Magnum applicator with FMS slider is designed to crimp loose terminals with wires of different sections (max 25mm²). It is used, especially, for terminals with thicknesses from 1.2 to 1.5 mm.
This next generation applicator is made with cast iron body that can support a lateral or frontal personalisation, which is easy to replace with spare parts by a front anchoring of the pieces, wide accessibility, and easy adjustments.
The MAGNUM applicator is comprised of a seven-digit piece counter (non-resettable) for control of the consumable parts. The adjustment head of the crimping height is exclusively continuous with a 0.01 mm resolution and a 2.7 mm range of adjustment.
The feed slider of the terminal has an 80 mm run (manual) and an end stop sensor to ensure correct positioning.
The Magnum comes with documentation that includes the data related to the machine (model, serial number, values found during inspection), the technical list with the code numbers and reference numbers of all the details mounted and the exploded view.
By request, it is also possible to obtain a more in-depth study of the crimping, which includes the capability and micrography of the section of a crimped terminal.
