The applicator Restyling IDC Pneumatic is an economical solution for crimping Insulation Displacement Connectors. In this configuration, the product is specific to the connector of the family Tandem Spring AMPMODU MT.
Applicable to all presses with standard attacks and working height equal to 135.8mm (available on request different working heights).
The connectors are loaded manually on a special loader steel which guarantees the position and the polarization of the connector itself and the position of the pin inserted board.
The pneumatic feed is controlled by a series of sensors that allow you to crimp the pins, step by step, regardless of the number of routes, and perform a translation with different pitch at the end of each complete set of crimping.
A sensor controls the positioning of the optical cable to crimp. The cable entry is via a dedicated pin in the clamping gripper.
